To obtain, renew or update your DBS Check
The LPC have arranged this service with DDC Ltd
What you need to do
1. Call The LPC office on 01772 861818, email the LPC office and state you require a DBS check through Lancashire LPC.
2. The LPC officer will take your basic contact details and arrange for an application pack to be sent to you.
3. Either return the completed application form to DDC along with your original documents.
If you would rather not send these documents through the post Lancashire LPC have arranged for several members/staff to be authorised as Document Checkers who can verify your documents. You will need to arrange to present your documents in person, for verification, after which signed photocopies of documents from them will be acceptable with your application form.
