Relevant documentation – PCN Formation Winter 2019/ 2020
With two months to form collaborative pharmacy PCN groups, select a PCN lead, complete the relevant documentation and register your pharmacy PCN group with Community Pharmacy Lancashire we are working hard to provide the support you need to achieve this work.
As promised in our recent communications and to support our series of PCN formation events during Winter 2019 / 2020 you can find relevant documentation below.
Please note that the LPC and PCN Lead MOU has been updated on 25.11.19 reflecting PSNC guidance and the December PCN Formation Meeting Agenda and Objectives finalised on 02.12.19.
We have added the Community Contractual Framework for 2019/20 to 2023/24 which we strongly recommend you read if you have not already done so. Alongside that we have added the PSNC infographic that illustrates the anticipated changes within the contract.
Get involved and shape the future
It is not within our gift to be able to form 32 PCN groups across our area but it is our responsibility to help you do so. We are seeking to provide you with the opportunity, resources and support to complete this important work and to prosper in the PCN environment in the future.
We know that there are overwhelming demands on your time and we hope to help alleviate some of the pressure rather than add to it. It is not obligatory for you to be involved in PCN formation but your enthusiasm for getting involved and even taking the lead locally will make a difference.
If you have any queries or questions relating to PCN Formation please get in touch at office@pharmacylancashire.org.
